Here are some questions commonly asked by our new and existing patients. We hope you will find these helpful. If you can’t find your answer below, feel free to submit you question via email using the form on this page.

Do You Except/Bill Insurance?

In our office we are ONLY in network with Cigna health insurance.  We will bill your auto insurance, if you have been in an auto accident.  This means you have a open a claim with your auto insurance, have been assigned a claims adjuster, and have an active claim number given to you by your auto insurance adjuster.  We DO NOT  partipate with any other insurance companies.

WE WILL see patients with other health insurance plans, but we will not submit/bill these health plans on your behalf. We will provide you with the necessary information to seek reimbursement for the services you have paid for from your insurance provider.

Do I have to have my neck adjusted?

No, if it is not the area of your chief complaint, your neck does not have to be adjusted.  In the event your neck is your area of chief complaint, there are a variety of other chiropractic techniques that can be used to provide relief.

Do you take x-rays?

Yes, we take x-rays when clinically indicated.  In other words if there could be contraindications to any treatment we will x-ray.  If there are complicating factors that could limit your progress, we will x-ray you.   If we suspect there may be a need to refer you to another healthcare provider we may x-ray you.

I’ve been to other chiropractors before and had to commit to a 6-12 month treatment plan. Will I have to do the same at your office?
Do you treat the same day as the exam?

Pending the exam findings show no contraindications, yes! Following the examination, Dr. McCray will proceed with the appropriate treatment.
