Insurance – January 1, 2023 we will be out-of -network with Anthem & Aetna

  Office Fees Explained 

  • Your first visit cost can range from $194 -$514. 
  • Every new patient will have an exam ($129).
  • We will perform an adjustment at that same visit, given the doctor finds no contraindiactions to performing adjustment ($65).
  • The doctor may take x-rays at the first visit if there is clinical reasons form them.  This could be suspected contraindications to adjustment/manipulation or underlying conditions that may slow/inhibit full resolution of your chief complaint ($80 per region, ie neck, lower back, shoulder, etc.) 
  • If you have curent x-ray or MRI images on disc or the reports, you can bring them with you.  We have the abilty to upload them to our system.

    Additional Information Regarding Payment

    We are primarily a cash practice.  We offer flexible and affordable payment programs for your chiropractic care.  Many patients pay directly for care out of pocket.  They discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable for long-term supportive care.

    We Do accept HSA and FSA as a form of payment 

    We can provide you with itemized receipt if you choose to submit your visits to your in insurance provider.  We will not bill it for you.  Reminder you are subject to the same timely filing requirements and re-imbrusement as an the healthcare provider.
